Soccer Star!

After the first soccer practice (which was freezing cold and rainy) Kenz wasn't so sure whether she wanted to go play again or not. But after Trev took her out into the yard and played with her for a couple hours, she was grinning and ready to go again!

We woke up this morning and got all ready for her first game! She likes Daddy to help her get in her gear (apparently Mom isn't very good at it.)

Honestly, the whole time she's playing she has this huge grin on her face. She loves it!

When we bought her uniform, she picked number 5, because that's Daddy's lucky number and she thinks she's pretty cool now ;)

Here's our great little kicker! She really is very good (I'm not just saying that) And boy, can that girl RUN! She's so fast!

They won their first game of the season with a score of 9 to 2. They rocked! Go Kenzi Makae!!

Kenzi Makae is 7 years old. Seriously, where has the time gone? She loves being in primary, and is in first grade at Millville Elementary. She loves to sing and dance, and is very good at both! She is on a competitive dance team at Dance Illusion in Logan where she is required to take 3 or more hours of dance each week. She spends the rest of her time with friends (which she has a zillion of) and reading or singing. She loves to be a big sister, but definitely has her own ideas about what her brothers and sister should be doing!
